• All Students must sign up through their online profile before attending class.

• ID Requirement: A valid photo ID matching your profile is required on your first visit. NO EXCEPTIONS- ENTRY WILL NOT BE PERMITTED WITHOUT PROPER ID.

• Private Events & Appointments: To book a private event or appointment, please callus directly to make reservation.

Class Sign-Up & Check-in Policy

Cancellations & No-Show

• Adult Group Classes: Cancel at least 8 hours in advance via your online profile.

• Private Lessons: 24-hour notice required via email or phone.

• Private Group Events: 7-days notice required via email or phone.

• Private Parties: See party page for cancellation details.

• Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your class or appointment to allow time to prepare. For your safety, all classes begin with a 10-12 minutes warm-up. if you miss the warm-up, you will not be allow to participate and will forfeit your class.

• The door will be locked at the schedule start time. Late arrivals disrupts the class and will not be permitted entry.

Refunds and Transfer Policy

Dress Code

• Wear appropriate attire based on your class type. Sheer Fabrics and undergarments worn as outerwear are not permitted. Clothing with offensive graphics or language is also not allowed.

No Alcohol or Drugs

• Anyone under the influence will be denied entry, and no refunds will be issued.

Photography & Privacy

• Personal filming or photography is not allowed during class. Recording is only permitted after class with prior approval.

Additional Policies

• All Class packages, private sessions, and membership agreements are both non-refundable and non-transferable.

• Please check expiration dates before purchasing and be sure to use all sessions before they expire-we cannot offer extensions or refunds for unused classes.

• Shared Equipment: All group classes and events use shared equipment.

• Schedule Changes: Classes may be cancelled, rescheduled, or have instructor substitution at management's discretion.

• No Spectators: Watching without participating is not allowed. If you attend, full participation is required.

• Instruction Policy: Only instructors are authorized to teach. Students may not instruct or coach during class.
