All class reservations must be made through our online scheduling software.

Monday: 7:30pm - Aerial Hammock (Open Level)
Wednesday: 7:40pm - Pole Dance (Intro/Level 1)
Thursday: 7:30pm - Core & Flexibility (Open Level)
Thursday: 8:30pm - Aerial Hoop/Lyra (Open Level)
Friday: 6:45pm - Pole Dance (Intro/ Level 1)
To helps us safely assess your skill level and place you in the appropriate level for success, all new students joining Pole Dancing must register for Level 1, even if you've taken classes elsewhere.
Level 2 & up Pole Dancing is offered as a 5-week program and requires prior approval before registration.
For our Open-Level Aerial Classes, instructors will tailor the class to meet each student's individual level and ability.

Class Attire
Attire Guidelines for Aerial hammock and Aerial Hoop/Lyra Classes
Please wear a fitted long-sleeve top and ankle-length leggings.
In order to maintain the integrity of our equipment, please refrain from wearing jewelry- this includes watches, rings, anklets, metals-as well as clothing with zippers to class.
Attire Guidelines for Belly Dancing
Wear clothing that allows that lets you move freely and highlights your lines and hip movement clearly, such as fitted tank top and leggings.
For your safety, please avoid applying moisturizer to your feet before class.
Attire Guidelines for Pole Dancing
Sports bra or tank top. Wearing shorts will keep your legs fully exposed, maximizing your grip on the pole. Be sure to avoid body moisturizers such as lotions, oils, or creams, as they can create a slippery surface on the pole. Barefoot

What you need for first class
Register online beforehand by downloading out app
Arrive 15 minutes early to check-in and get ready for class
Bring a valid ID that matches your online profile name
Wear or bring appropriate attire for the class type (see above)
Don’t forget to bring water
Most importantly, have FUN!
